The West Chester University chapter of the national honors fraternity, Phi Sigma Pi presented a check in the amount of $3800 to NOYS, the National Organizations for Youth Safety on May 11, 2011 in Washington, D.C. The check delivery coincided with National Youth Safety Month and the launching of the Decade of Action for Road Safety.
